Our new exciting seasonal á la carte menu is now available. Choose from starters such as Potted Venison topped with a port and juniper jelly served with melba toast and herbed butter, or Seared Fillet of Smoked Salmon served on a potato rosti with a poached egg and tarragon butter. And from main courses from Assielte of Pork Tenderloin, Five Spice Belly and Pork Dumplings served with caramelised apple and calvados purée and crackling shards, or Pan Fried Fillets of Wild Seabass served on creamed celeriac and fresh basil pesto.
